1. Fair and Responsible Usage
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, intended purposes and in accordance with:
- Your subscribed plan, which includes limits on maximum participants and call duration.
- The nature of your business or personal use case as disclosed during signup.
We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure fair use. Misuse may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Transmit, store, or display content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, harmful, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or disclose confidential information without authorization.
- Engage in unauthorized access, use, or distribution of third-party data or systems.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
3. Automated or Fraudulent Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake meetings or inflate participant counts.
- Use the Service in any way that results in artificially inflated usage for the purpose of financial gain or evading plan limitations.
4. Network Abuse
Do not:
- Overwhelm our servers or infrastructure with excessive or sustained high-load usage inconsistent with your plan.
- Introduce malicious software (e.g., viruses, trojans, worms) or engage in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
5. Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure.
- Not sharing login details with unauthorized users.
- Immediately reporting any suspected unauthorized use or security breach.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Warnings or temporary account restrictions.
- Suspension or termination of access to the Service without prior notice.
- Legal action, if required by law or to protect our interests.
