These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of the video conferencing service AKITAKI (“Service”) provided by ANSEKO LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to you, the customer (“you”, “your”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
We provide an internet-based video conferencing platform. You may use the Service to host or join video calls. Charges apply based on:
- The number of participants per call.
- The duration of each call.
- Optional features (e.g. recordings or transcripts) may be subject to additional charges.
2. Account and Access
To access the Service, you must:
- Register with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Ensure users under your account comply with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Charges
Fees are calculated based on usage: users per call × duration. Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Billing Cycle
You will be invoiced in period stated on your pricing plan, in arrears.
3.3 Non-Payment
We may suspend access to the Service if payment is not received by the due date. Statutory interest and late payment compensation may apply in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Fair Usage and Restrictions
Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not:
- Breach UK law or third-party rights.
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or excessive purposes.
- Circumvent plan limits or impersonate others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate service for violations.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service remains ours or our licensors'. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
6. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Details of how we handle data are set out in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your own lawful basis for processing and sharing personal data through the Service.
7. Availability and Support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all implied warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service if:
- You breach these Terms or fail to pay due fees.
- We are legally required to do so.
- On termination, your right to access the Service ends and all outstanding fees become payable.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on our website. Material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
